Founder and Organiser.

I’ve always been someone who finds real peace in an organised space. For me, there’s nothing quite like the feeling of walking into a room where everything has it’s place.

When our environments feel cluttered or chaotic, it’s hard to find peace, focus, or relaxation. But when we bring order and simplicity into our homes, everything shifts - our energy, our routines, even how we show up in daily life.

I started A Simplified State because I genuinely love creating spaces that feel calm, functional, and beautiful. Places that make everyday life easier and lighter. Whether it’s reorganising a pantry, setting up systems after a move, or helping you gain visibility over what you own, my goal is the same: to help you find more space, more time, and more ease.

I know that decluttering can feel overwhelming, and letting go of things is often more emotional than people expect, so my approach is gentle, judgement free, and entirely at your pace. I’m here to support you through the process and make your home a place that truly feels easier, and simplifies your everyday.

The Full Process

We connect over a video call for you to take me on a quick tour of your space. We’ll talk through what feels overwhelming, what your goals are, and what a successful day looks like for you.

02 Walk through

We start the session with a walk through of the priority space/s, where I’ll ask you to explain how you use, or plan to use, each area.

We’ll talk about what’s working, what’s not, and any preferences you have.


03 Clear - the declutter, together

The most important part of the process, and the part where I need you with me. We go through your belongings together, deciding what to keep, what to donate, or let go of.

Letting go of things can be surprisingly emotional, so I hold your hand through every decision, without judgement and at a pace that feels right for you.

Your presence is needed for this stage.


04 Sort - categorise what’s staying

Once we’ve cleared the clutter, you can relax and leave me to it. Pop the kettle on, head out - whatever you’re most comfortable with.

I’ll sort, organise, and build practical systems tailored to the way you actually live, so maintaining them is effortless.


05 Source - you relax, I shop

If we need any products or storage solutions, I’ll head out and find exactly what fits - the right style and dimensions, within a budget you set. No guessing, no wasted purchases.

06 Sustain - systems that stick

Walk back into a simplified space, that feels calm, clear and completely yours. The kind of space that helps you relax and breathe easier as soon as you walk in.

Simple, transparent pricing.

One clear hourly rate - no packages, no confusion. Every project is different, and your session is yours to use however it’s needed. We’ll figure out the right amount of time together during your free consultation.

$100 per hour

3 hour minimum - 8 hour days - Multi-day projects welcome.

COMMON PROJECTS

FOR BIGGER PROJECTS

Some spaces need more than one day to simplify, and that’s okay.

Whole-home transformations, move in set-ups, and larger declutters often benefit from consecutive or follow-up sessions.

We’ll plan it together during your consultation.

Additional hours beyond your booked sessions: $150/hr, agreed in advance
